1997 GMC Jimmy SLT over 200000miles. Currently cleaning and preparing to make a intake manifold gasket chnage. The old gasket were destroyed and lots of hard Mud was inside. The vehicle was still running smoothly. I don't understand how come it was running smoothly and with great performance since the gasket were gone and there was MUD. rust on the radiator. Should I change the radiator Scotty and what about the water pump. By the way the thermostat was insane rusty. The only reason I stop using it was because it was smoking and I had an oil leak. So I was trying to look for the leak which I haven't found.
