It is a 1993 Lancia Dedra 2.0 with 190,000 km even though it has around 90,000 km in reality because a used replacement dash has been put into it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission. The transmission and differential fluids have never been changed.

It's not a problem changing fluids in standard transmissions and differentials at any time - the caveats for automatic transmissions don't apply. Be sure to use lubricants meeting the manufacturer's specifications.
