I currently have a 2019 Chevrolet Trax LS (Gas) that I really want to get rid of and want to replace it with a 2012 Ford Expedition King Ranch (Flex Fuel) for a business vehicle. Current vehicle has 117K miles while the older vehicle has 122K miles. Yes, I plan to get a pre-purchase inspection done before consideration.
Current Chevy been a nightmare since getting it and need the space for my business I do here in FL.

Well you might be going from the frying pan into the fire. I agree with GM making crap but a lot of the Ford stuff is crap too. But if you know a guy who really understands Fords have him check it out and see what he says
