Hey Scotty,
So me and my wife are looking for a good used car for her we came across a 2015 Rav4 XLE AWD at a private dealer it has 150000 miles. I work at a shop so I know the maintenance intervals pretty well. If we did get it would it be a good idea to get the transmission serviced or just drive it till it needs a new one?

If there are maintenance records on that vehicle saying that the transmission fluid was changed before, then you may be ok. Otherwise, I would leave it alone at that mileage.
