I agree with Mod that inspection is mandatory. You don’t want to overpay AND get someone else’s problems.
When I say “overpay”, that price is not out of line with what Tacoma’s are going for right now. But used car prices in general are inflated right now. For example, with my own car (2018 WRX), average list prices have gone up $2000 just since February.
If you don’t absolutely have to buy it now, I would wait a few months for the market to correct.

It is too much for me but depending on your area Tacomas pull a premium.
I would have a mechanic check it out and if it passes inspection and you like it, go for it.
