My employer is selling me a 2012 Ford f150 ecoboost 3.5-L V6 turbo. Was used as a maintenance vehicle so it has 290,000 highway miles. yikes!. It’s a supercrew 6.5ft bed & 2WD. It’s definitely well used but also has been serviced on schedule since it was brand new. To me it seems to run super smooth for its age/mileage. Has no issues right now at all. In the past year it has been equipped with all new tires,bed,bumper, and brake lines. Im getting it to use as a beater for about $3,000. Do you think im getting a good deal? Anything with this make/model/engine that I should be aware of? Any information would be appreciated!
What the heck for that low price use it as a beater truck. Just realized a lot of the stuff is worn so I wouldn't use it as a serious truck for towing a lot of weight or anything because the tranny or the turbos p
