In the interest of diagnostics, in addition to the GPS malfunction, ‘don’t know how this can be related, but in the same trip, incurred a flat tire with two punctures, a bolt and a staple, and later in the trip, the headlights turned off by themselves and had never had trouble with them before. A little alarming going down the interstate at 75 mph. 😊 Now the radio is coming on by itself.
The lights did come back on, and the engine is running great.

New to this forum, please forgive omission. Thought I had included it. The vehicle is a 2007 Lexus IS350 with approximately 97,000 miles. Only repair has been on squeaky brakes after new tires and replacement interior air filter. One owner, perfect maintenance. Getting ready to sell, car on order going to build in March in Germany. No longer see question and hope I haven’t omitted anything.
