Hi Scotty,

I've had this Cadillac ATS 2014 with a GDI Turbo 2L engine and I have added several mods to it, Cold Air intake, Downpipe, Exhaust line Throttle Body and had it tuned accordingly.  It has 100,000 miles and 350 HP  and idles roughly sometimes.  Check engine light never came on, but ODB shows permanent code P015B.

what should I do with this car

In short if it were me I would get rid of it. Now this definitely depends on what you can get for the car, if money isn't an issue for you, you can easily afford a new car. If these conditions are met then price it at places like Carvana, Vroom, Carmax etc. then use the money to buy a good quality car.

Replace the Bank 1 Sensor 1 02 sensor.  Probably has a burnt out pre-heater.  Available everywhere for about $80.
