Hi Scotty!! I've had this 2005 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0 manual trans with now only 96k miles in great condition and runs fine for 3 years, I'm changing the spark plugs my self, my question is should I also change coil pack and plug wires, they look fine but I see no record on CarFax Thay have been replaced. No codes. Thank you so much for any advice.

No need to change them if they're not causing problems.
