i currently have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0 turbo with approx 61000 miles. Have maintained since I got it and is current as per maintenance schedule.
thinking of trading as it is paid off. Looking at 2018/9 rav4 to switch. Is it a good time to trade?
Now is the worst time to buy a used car, wait until COVID is over with.
Used cars are currently inflated in price, wait a while.....
Toyota should release 2022 models this Summer. That might be a good time because people will be upgrading. Then again, more people shop for cars in the Summer than the winter.
I would just start looking and window shopping now so you get a good sense of market pricing. Then just watch to see if the prices are trending up or down.
Since you are taking good care of your Hyundai, you should still have plenty of life left in that vehicle. Nothing is a guarantee but you should be able to get to 100k miles without much hassle. Gives you plenty of time to window shop. Scotty had given good advice, the best time to shop for a car is when you don’t desperately need one. Best of luck
