The drives very smooth doesn’t have any engine issues. It’s serviced by Honda mechanic at the dealership. And doesn’t have any leaks, recently did the high mileage service that included changing the timing belt, water park etc.
if it doesn't have any issues, then why would you replace the transmission?
It's not worth putting thousands of dollars into a 22-year-old Accord to replace the transmission.

Why would you bother replacing a transmission if it works just fine? Are you so rich, you have thousands of $$ burning a hole in your pocket? Changing transmissions is one heck of a job when it's not giving you any issues.
