My nephew just bought a 16 Kia soul only 50k miles (he shouldn’t have) only $2k from his other uncles wife’s dad which was his late wife’s car. however it needs a bunch of work done like full brake job, new tires, parking brake doesn’t work, there’s something with the ABS, needs spark plugs and battery. Is it worth fixing or just get rid of it?
