Hi Scotty, I have a Sienna 2008 and it appears one of the front wheel bearings is going bad as I just started hearing the rumbling sound. Question is, how long can I keep driving with a bad wheel bearing and what damage can it cause? It is worth the repair and if so, how urgent? Thanks!

It depends on the situation you're in. They say you can go 1000 miles before replacement. If you use that vehicle just to pick up groceries and home you might be ok.
However, in terms of damage if left alone, the tires will be uneven and possibly wobbly and the brakes will have issues. Replace the bearings as soon as possible.
