2006 Sienna AWD, 284K, 3.3L V6, bought new
Last few years, on warm starts, car would crank but not start on the first try. On the second try, car would start instantly.
Now, the exact same condition also applies to cold starts.
Then and now, however, the car starts instantly, on first try, after a refuel
Fuel pump is OE.
Have tried a relay swap - no effect on the condition.
No other typical symptoms of, perhaps, a failing fuel pump. Car has never stranded me.
Grateful in advance for any suggestions.

Have you tested fuel pressure? How old are the air and fuel filters?
