Hi all, I have a 2001 QX4, I was working on the engine and did not tighten the negative post good and while I was driving all dash lights came on and off, I stopped and tightened the battery cable but when I turned hazard on they started to blink fast so I replaced the flasher and they blink normal, the signal indicators on cluster work as they should, but none of the signal light bulbs turn on, I checked all fussed and there all good.

You probably fried the relay. Replace it.
