I have a 2002 chevy cavalier with 200k miles, 5 speed manual. The turn signals don't come on at all, I can hear one click when I move the arm down. Hazards and brake lights all work perfectly. I have pulled the fuse and it isn't blown but I replaced anyways. What's the recommanded steps from here?
It's probably the flasher. Here's a video

For the Hazard lights power goes into the Flasher on the Orange wire and out on the Brown wire.
For the Turn signals power goes into the Flasher on the Pink wire and out on the Purple wire.
If you pull out the flasher and jump the socket, Pink wire to Purple wire, turn the key on and operate the turn signal lever the lights should work (they won't flash). If they do work it's definitely the flasher
