Its best to get a set of silicone wiper blades and Tire shine made for tires.

Tires ok, wiper blades not a good idea. May smear windshield,

Probably sidewalls, not driving surfaces.

For wiper blades, you can use denatured alcohol (or isopropyl alcohol) to clean them, or just get a pair of silicone wiper blades.

It's never a good idea to revitalize windshield wipers...always buy a new pair when the old ones go bad. On tires, you can if you really wanted to. Tire shine is the best way to go.

Slippery lube on tires? Really?

sidewalls, vehicle, not a bike. Make them last longer and look good.

I don't care how my tires look the same way I don't care how the soles of my shoes look. And silicone will not make your tires last longer.

So I guess you don't care if you step in DOO DOO.

I don't care if I drive through doodoo
