I have a 2007 Lexus RX 350 and the other day I slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting the car in front of me and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree . I got the brake light ABS VSC and AFS lights . Any ideas ? What happened ? The brakes work fine .

If the lights went out afterward, It's just indicating they were working (actuated) allowing you to stop in the shortest possible distance while keeping control.
If still on, I'd do a reset and see if it returns.
