Sludge build up

I drive a 2015 veloster turbo with under 80k miles on it. I recently had to change both of the control oil control valves in it because of a sludge build up I’ve only had the car for a few months before it happened and only drove it for about 1k miles I didn’t worry about checking the oil because the as is dealership I got it from said they changed it before they shipped it to me now I have an engine that is struggling severely I need to be able to drive it but I get horrible gas mileage when I do and the turbo won’t even kick in I have since changed the oil twice every 700 so miles I was wondering if there’s any other solutions for getting sludge out of your engine without damaging it

The safest way is to use fully synthetic oil and change it more often.

the only way to get all the sludge out of an engine is to tear it down

30 miles before your next oil change, pour some seafoam in that bad boy (crankcase where oil is), and drive around, then change filter and fluid. Good luck brother.
