2022 Nissan Pathfinder 42k miles.
The manufacturer has denied my engine repair for what they saying is sludge. I asked what information was used to determine their decision and they're telling me they can't provide? The only thing I have is 2 photos the dealership sent. New engine in 10k.

What is the problem with the engine? Do you have receipts showing that all oil changes and other factory-required maintenance has been done? That should be sufficient to keep the warranty in effect.

Don't forget that everybody has a boss. That dealership reports to a regional manager, who has the power to give your dealer grief, and to OK a warranty claim. Take it up the management ladd, and if that doesn't work, contact local news outlets.
