A client called me complaining about the car that has an acceleration problem. The car is 2007 dodge caliber SXT and the codes that were retrieved are U1146, P2770, P0963, P0967, P1729. The car moves very sluggish and can't climb slightest of bump on the road or a hill. Please, how can I fix this problem?

@imperator have gone testing it and observed that there's no power in pin 3 of the solenoid circuit using a test light and a DVOM. What should I do next? Where's the power coming from, is it at the TIPM or PCM?
