2007 Honda Ridgeline 192,000 5 speed automatic all OEM. Truck starts perfectly for first start in the morning but for second start around lunchtime and anytime later that day it struggles but does start on first try but takes significantly longer than the first start of the day. Battery and alternator test fine.

That many miles, I suspect the starter...they wear out gradually...and they are subject to heat soak...making internal resistance and not as powerful cranking. Some engines have a heat shield at the starter and sometimes it "disappears"over the years. Make sure all electrical connections are "bright and tight". Battery was tested for internal resistance, not just voltage ?
