So I bought this Honda Accord 1996 with well over 200000 miles on it and when i finally decided to check the spark plugs a bunch of oil came out... what does this mean? Maybe I put to much oil when I did the change I dont know for sure.

out of where?A photo would help.
you mean pooled up on top of/around it? That's usually failed tube seals in the valve cover.

Maybe TS waisted oil when filling up, and it landed in the sparkplug-recesses...
