Hi Scotty,
Love your show.
My Highlander 2004 V6 with 162k miles did not start this afternoon in the heat of NYC. Tried a few times and after a few minutes it started.
I drove it this morning for about an hour on the highway. No issues at all.
Car did not even crank and did not show me mileage, but lights were working.
Just battery tested the car. Tells me to "charge and retest".
State of Health 100%
State of Charge 0%
Replaced alternator this winter with a new one from Autozone (150$). Battery less than 2 years old (also Autozone 200$ with 750CCA).

Bad alternator. Hope the one from Autozone has a limited lifetime warranty.

Make sure all the connections are clean and tight
