what are the best areas in a corolla '06 to sound deaden to eliminate road noise?
You need to do the inside of the passenger cabin the inside of the doors the floors and of course the wheel around the wheels and the pans there anything that's going to get noise from the road up you really don't have to worry about noise from the windows up but inside the doors it's very important it's noise vibrates in there from the road
Eliminating is a tough ask. Reduce, maybe.
You could also move to a neighbourhood with only electric cars..

Along with what Scotty said, I like to get some good car undercoating spray and hit the wheel wells with a nice thick coat. I have also used that to cover the bottom, like it is supposed to be used for, it is like putting a thick rubber coating on it.
