Hey scotty greetings from India,
I have a 2011 Toyota Innova Diesel (It has a 2KD-FTV Engine which was used in the Hilux, 2003-06 4runner, Hiace) it has 85,000Kms (52000miles) whenever I start the car and turn on the A/C I get "Kiiirrr" sound but the A/C still blows ice cold. The Sound started to appear recently, Please Help

In addition to what @mountainmanjoe recommended, check/clean/replace your cabin air filter.
Do you often park under trees where leaves accumulate underneath your windshield near the fresh air intake?

Probably the blower motor is wearing out. Eventually it will seize and cause more damage, so fix it soon.
