Spark knock and stall

I have a 2019 F-150 with 5.0  43,000 miles. has the infamous 10 speed tranny.

Purchased new.

Normal acceleration it spark-knocks and sometimes tries to stall out at traffic lights.

No codes. I've run different grades of fuel, no change.

Seems to me it's upshifting too soon bogging the engine.

Ford is telling me there's no issues. I'm not accepting that answer. Can you please help? Thank you. Wesley

A low mileage F150 with a V8 should not be bogging or stalling! That's ridiculous. They are just trying to gaslight you out of warranty repairs.

Your engine, like all modern engines, has a knock sensor that should sense the pre ignition and adjust spark timing  so that it doesn't knock.

You need to go to  better mechanic - at a different Ford dealer or an independent - who will hook this engine up to a quality scanner and see what the real situation is, document it.
