Today I replaced all the spark plugs, wall seals, & valve cover gasket..Only issue is my spark plug boot does not get seted properly. seems but loose...Drove the car for 1/2 kms and seems has improved a little (need to drive bit more)..when I stopped I heard a "pop" sound seems boots coming off...How can make them seal/tight ? will loose boot make big issues?

Only if water gets in there. Try smearing a little petroleum jelly (Vaseline) around the base so they snap into position.
