Morning, PEEPS! I always heard that if you keep your speed limit at 55 mph regularly that it can extend the life of you vehicle. Is there truth to this? I drive a 4 cylinder '09 Honda. Also, how dark is trans fluid that you KNOW it needs changing?  Can someone post pictures? Thank you.. have a good day... Will ALWAYS watch Scotty, but I been working, a LOT. Been lucky to have kept my job through all this. And we have a lot of work to do!! 🙂

Well yes of course the slower you drive the longer your car will last because the engine and transmission spin slower.the actual best speed for most cars is about 45 mph but you can't do that people will run into you on the highway

My best speed limit is whatever the flow of traffic demands and allows. If the road is mine alone, then I will drive to not strain the motor. I do like open road and the Italian Tuneup by blowing the smoke out of the motor sometimes.
