Hello! I have a 2018 Mazda3 and it has the sport mode option. I like to turn on sport mode when I need to accelerate quickly like when getting on to the highway, but I don’t like to keep it on because of how much gas it uses. Is it okay to turn it on/off while driving? Or should I come to a complete stop before turning it on/off. Thanks!

Perfectly fine to turn it on/off at any time.
