Hi! I have a 2011 honda civic. It has a squeaking noise like a birds chirping that lasts for about 3-5 secs when cold start.it has been raining strong and the car has been poured down with rain all night long. It only happens sometimes. Is it normal?

Your fan belt is probably slipping. Check belt and tensioner condition.
