Squeaking sound when turning right at low speeds

why does my 2010 honda accord make a squeaking sound when i slowly turn to the right (and not to the left)? i googled it up says cv joints, or something needs replacing lol

anyone have actual input? is it safe to drive for now?

Could be the Strut, Outer Tie Rod End, or The Ball Joint. The Drive Axle will make a groaning or clunking noise when it's bad, and is usually noticeable when turning.

Also, could just be sway bar bushings or the links. Your just going to have look or take it to reputable shop and have them look. Scotty's got plenty of video's on these.
