Hey Scotty long time fan here! I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla with 174,000 miles it squeals upon start up only when cold! I had my fan belt changed a few months ago but it still does it should I be worried? And the breaks also drag when I’m almost at a complete stop had mechanic look at it he says my brakes and rotors are good?!! Help!

Probably need new automatic tensioner for the fan belt but brakes they often kind of stick a little bit it's only friction that releases them stop harden and quick Jack the car up in here and if you can spin them good enough it's not going to hurt anything
