My buddy has a 2014 GMC sierra, and recently put a new transfer case in. But now every now and again when he goes into four-wheel-drive low the stabilitrack light and traction control light will come on. I don’t know a whole lot about four-wheel-drive systems so can anybody help me out?

The malfunction indicator light (MIL) lights up when a malfunction is detected. To find out which malfunction it is, hook up a good scan tool to the diagnostic port.
