05 Corolla XRS 140,000 standard trans. Shop replaced idle air control valve and cleaned throttle body and maf. Shop couldn’t replicate the issue so they’re unsure of problem which is unacceptable to me. I’m thinking vac leak or fuel delivery. Please help if can. Thanks

You're thinking on the right track. Smoke test for vacuum leaks and measure fuel pressure. Does it idle roughly?
@imperator at cold start the rpm’s shoot up to about 1200 and then istantly drops to 700 usually idles rough when stopped. Never did the car stall under load. When it stalls at a light it takes about 2 minutes for it to start up again. If I’m coasting in neutral going down a hill it’ll stall but I just put it in gear and pop the clutch.
