Screeching on Start up

Hi, now im not sure how to describe this spund, but sometimes when i start my car i hear like a quick screeching sound. Now i was wondering is it possible that my spark plugs were put in too tight which i just had done. Like i said i just had them done and it never made that noise before. It does start up better now it just makes that noise real quick from time to time. I would make a video but not sure you would be able to hear it.
