How to remove a stubborn Harmonic Balancer Bolt in my 2003 Tiburon?

I just spent 8 hours doing everything any forum has asked me to do, to try and remove the bolt from my crankshaft pulley. As you know, the bolt moves with the pulley so you have to hold the pulley still while you screw out the bolt. My crankshaft pulley does have holes on it in order to assist a tool to get the pulley out once the bolts out. With all my might and some metal, I was able to hold the pulley in a still position while he tried unscrewing with a torque wrench or breaker bar. Wasn’t good enough. The bolt wouldn’t move in either direction with massive force even though the pulley was held still. We even broke an impact drill because it wouldn’t move. I have a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GTV6. If you can help me ASAP id greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

Well try this get a torch and heat the bolt up when it gets really hot it will come off then that's what I do when they're really hard ones plus I will use a strap wrench to hold the crank from spinning

I thought heat swells metal. Wouldn't freezing spray work better?

You need a real impact driver, not just drill driver.  If you do heat it up and tap it with a hammer to take it off, you'll probably need to replace your front main seal too.  If the balancer has a shallow groove around it where it contacts the seal, use a repair sleeve or get a new balance.

Scotty did a video on this 10 years ago. Will it work for you?
