I have a 1985 oldsmobile cutlass with 5.0l . turns on but dies after a few . i put new fuel pump new plugs new distributer new wire an plugs. Even made sure the timeing was correct as well as fireing order. What or where should i look next? Iv watch all video s on the subject. An replaced all thing that might be the problem. Possible clogged catalytic converter, or fuel filter if that was not changed with the pump. Check air filter as well, if badly clogged that will cause problems.
If carbureted the carb may need an overhaul. If fuel injected, injectors could be clogged.
