Hi, I saw some cars like my family's 96 Voyager minivan use to have steel rim tires after 10 years old from using it much to drive. Right now, I'm not sure if my family's current CRV tire will also become steel rim even after tire change. So, i wonder if the tires are steel rim can the car still be use to drive, because my family's Plymouth unable to after broken down at age of 15?

Can you please provide some links or photos of what you’re trying to ask/explain?
Here's a link to an example of the pic I'm referring too.

Steel wheels will work just fine in a CR-V (or any other regular vehicle).
As long as the rims aren’t badly rusted and leaking air, the tyres will work normally. Scotty prefers them because you can bend them back into shape (if they bend), unlike an alloy rim, which may crack and will need to be replaced.
the vehicle doesn't care what material the wheels are made of. Just make sure they meet the dimensions and other specifications in the manual.
why the downvote?
Parse error.
Sounds like he's trying to use talk to text which sucks and doesn't work very well. Just look at Scotty's postings.
Some very old tractors had what could be described as steel rim tires
RIP the human spine.
