I have a 2013 Nissan NV200 van. Occasionally when I go to park the van and turn off the ignition the steering wheel gets engaged in the locked position. When this happens the van won't start unless I finagle with it and turn the steering wheel, etc. This only happens when the watering wheel is locked. If it doesn't get into the locked position the van starts perfectly. Any idea of what this could be? I'm the least mechanically I inclined guy there is so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a normal part of the anti-theft system. Don't turn the steering wheel until it locks unless the key is in the ignition, then it won't lock. Easy enough.
