I have a 2007 Nissan Sentra 149k miles automatic
Am wanting to change the steering wheel.
I have a parts car, a 2012 sentra
The steering wheel on the 2012 has cruise control, radio buttons etc
The one on the 2007 has none of that.
would the 2012 steering wheel work on the 2007, and actually carry over cruise control and such just by changing the steering wheel?
Probably not. In not a Nissan guy, but I'm pretty sure those are different generations. If your car didn't come with cruise control, etc. from the factory, it's going to probably be a rat's nest. My 1999 Ranger didn't come with cruise control from the factory, I thought about putting in in, until there was a bunch of wiring that needed done. I had installed most of the wiring in the dashboard from the factory, but not all of it.
