Hey Scotty my 2003 TDI Jetta is not charging. I have replaced the battery first with out testing alternator. Then new battery went dead. Replaced alternator and battery went dead again. Got multi tester and found rebuilt alternator only putting out 11.5 volts, got another rebuilt alternator and it’s still low,11.4 volts. Battery light on dash is not coming on or lighting when I turn key. Been watching many YouTube videos checked grounds and looked for broken wires but still alternator is not putting out. Could the problem be my ECU or buying cheap rebuilt alternator?
