Hi Scotty,
Where can I buy an old stored car that has never been driven before?
I'm looking for a 454 hp GMC 1978 or 1979.

Well finding a never driven one is probably not possible, but you might be able to find a low mileage one depending on how much you are willing to spend that is. Try auction websites such as Bring a Trailer.

Mecum Auctions or Barrett Jackson, or get lucky enough with a true barn find or estate sale.

Hemmings Motor News has quite a few old low mileage GMCs listed. Some restored and some survivors.
