Hi:
I have an automatic 2018 VW Beetle in storage, it only has 400 km. Any advise on what I should be doing while it is hardly driven and kept in storage?

That depends on how long you intend to store it. If you're talking about a month or two maybe just hook up a battery maintainer, assuming you have electrical power available in the storage location. If the car is going to be stored for years then more needs to be done. (There are youtube videos on that subject.)
