Last Summer, I have two bolts with stripped head in a 2004 Toyota Prius engine that need to replace for new head gasket. Please tell how to remove these bolts if the head are already lost its gear? I'll try to work on the engine with head gasket problem next Summer.
How did you round off the bolt heads?
Maybe if you get the right tool, they can still come out.
grind some flats on the sides of the bolt and use an open end wrench. Or weld a nut onto them. Without a photo of what you're dealing with, it's not going to be easy to help you.
What is a stripped head? What do you mean by "head lost its gear?" What tool were you using when you stripped the head?
The bolt already round off inside when I open the head gasket cap. Which tools should I use to remove the two stripped bolts?

What is a head gasket cap? Do you mean the valve cover? Please post some photos.
