- Hi Scotty I have Nissan Pathfinder 2012 V6 standard driven 240k km I bought the vehicle from the first owner 9 years ago. I maintained the vehicle performance condition up to the agent standards. Service done on or before the time. recently while driving on highway the accelerator paddle started to vibrate when giving gas, while some times vehicle jerks when accelerating, gears shifts perfectly. Then just two weeks ago that jerking became continued while driving speed between 60 and 110 kmph. I took the vehicle to the garage and they couldn’t rectify the issue. When I brought the vehicle back that jerk was gone but it started again last week specially when I drive over a steep bridge vehicle jerks continuously. I’ve checked harmonic balancer and it’s still in good shape no sideways movements but I found out vehicle is heavily vibrating while on traffic stops also the engine beat has changed. I have no issues with coils or electrical issues since I’ve changed my all coils. Can you please let me know what can go wrong in this case? Thanks greetings for the season!!!
Welcome, @Jerry-silva, just a friendly FYI, the first line is the subject for your question, and the body is for the details of your question. Pick a suitable title for your post and put it in the first line, don't put your entire question there. If it's too long, it will get cut off. It's also really gross to look at when browsing the forum. The site is a bit confusing sometimes. Welcome to the forum 🙂

Check the engine and transmission mounts. They Might be worn out. The other possibility could be the transmission. The best way to diagnose is to hook up a scan tool and record the live data when the car jerks.
