Stripped Lugnut

Aloha Scotty,

My name is Kimberlee Christian,

I own a 2007 volkswagen  Jetta 2.5. I'm  having problems  getting the last completely stripped lug nut off my tire on my car.  I have been trying for 5 months and have tried EVERYTHING AND CANNOT GET IT TO BUDGE AT ALL. I HAD A MAN COME OUT HE TRIED DRILLING IT OUT BUT ONLY BROKE THE DRILL BIT OFF INSIDE THE LUG NUT. WEVE BROKE TOOLS SOCKETS ETC... TRYING TO REMOVE IT AND IT WILL NOT MOVE. PLEASE HELP!!

Where you need a real mechanic like me it's not that hard what we do is we will weld a knot on top of it using welding equipment and once that is welded on it's easy to remove it using an air impact wrench and the old strip out one will then come out

You do not have a lug nut, you have a lug bolt.  Like Scotty said, weld a nut to the end.  The combination of heat and torque will make removal easier.  If the hole is stripped out, use a Timesert insert or get a new hub.
