I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 5.3L 4x4. It stutters and sputters after I have driven it for about 15 minutes at 60-65 MPH. Does not always do it. OBDII showed bank 1 and bank 2 #2 O2 sensors faulty. I replaced them and check engine light went out. Replaced coils, wires, plugs. New trouble code P0171. P0301 cylinder 1 misfire. At a loss. What could possibly be wrong? Thanks for your help. 271,000 miles

With that many miles probably it's not internal engine problem like cam valves or Pistons wearing out. But it could be a bad fuel injector you could have them tested by professional mechanic with that mileage they will wear out
