Seeing as how the car is 18 years old and you don't know the age of the belt it would be best to replace it. Also keep an eye out for signs of head gasket failure which those engines are infamous for.

I am aware of the fact that i should but what is the interval of first and second?

An internet search brought up the belt replacement interval in about 30 seconds.

"The schedule to change the timing belt on a Subaru Forester is at an interval of 105,000 miles or every 8 years and 9 months."

You can check the maintenance section of your car owner's manual or as Chuck mentioned, use Google.
