I'm close to buying a 2025 Subaru Legacy. I know the car is being discontinued but I'm concerned about what I read that Subaru has a cracking windshield issue. There was a class-action lawsuit 6-7yrs ago that they settled. But there have been reported issues with later models as well on carcomplaints.com.
Does anyone know if the windshields in their newer cars have a better windshield?
Would appreciate any feedback before I buy.

No, they're pretty much using the same windshields. A lot of it has to do with the shape of the car that the angle isn't steep enough. So the rocks crack them because they hit them at a straighter angle so then they crack.
